Availability: Every day, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM Toronto time. The final appointment begins at 9:30 PM.
Before your appointment
After booking, reply to your confirmation email with a short description of the plant problem and any helpful photos. Tosh Plants will send your private Google Meet link separately before the appointment.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Contact Tosh Plants directly if you need to reschedule or cancel. Changes are free when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable. If Tosh Plants cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
