Practical information
Choose online for one plant or a connected issue that photographs clearly. Request a home visit for several plants, environmental assessment, or hands-on help in Toronto.
Keep the plant in its usual place. Send a full-plant photo, affected areas, leaf backs, pot, drainage, and substrate. Avoid repotting or starting a new treatment before the consultation unless there is an urgent safety concern.
Online appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable. If TOSHPLANTS cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
No. Plants are living organisms, and outcomes depend on their current condition and environment. The service provides case-specific guidance, a prioritized plan, and honest uncertainty where appropriate.
The assessment and written plan are included. Repotting and materials are separate and are recommended only when useful.
