How do I send photographs?
After booking, reply with your plant information and photographs before the appointment so they can be reviewed alongside the live video.
Can customers outside Canada book?
Online consultations are offered in English for customers in supported countries. International checkout is being prepared for selected markets, and availability will be confirmed before launch.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellation or rescheduling is free at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable. If Tosh Plants cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Contact Tosh Plants for changes.
What are the limits of a remote assessment?
Guidance depends on the information, photographs and video available. Some causes can look similar remotely, and the consultation cannot guarantee a diagnosis, treatment success or recovery. Where appropriate, an in-person assessment or specialist laboratory support may be recommended.
